Vara Kai Potter is the Founder and President of Champion Brokerage Group, where she leads with an education-first approach to financial planning. Licensed since 2004, she brings more than 22 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions.
As an Investment Adviser Representative, Vara Kai provides personalized guidance across wealth accumulation, retirement income, protection planning, and legacy priorities. Her goal is to bring clarity to complex decisions and help clients build coordinated strategies around what matters most.
A native Lao and Thai speaker, Vara Kai is also a trained community interpreter who brings cultural understanding and meaningful access into her work. She completed The Community Interpreter® 40-Hour Certificate of Completionand is committed to serving diverse communities with professionalism and care.
Guided by her faith and a “heart in hand” philosophy, Vara Kai helps clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Robert "Bob" Taylor
Bob has spent virtually his entire adult life devoted to serving others, drawing from more than 50 years of combined experience as both a pastor and a financial services professional. A scholar with a heart for people, Bob graduated with honors from Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, and furthered his theological training at Dubuque Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa.
Bob’s heart for people and his lifelong commitment to service also extend to those who feel called to make a difference alongside him.
